Week2 LEITPA

We have worked on feedback for the first bio creation. Both major and minor errors were found in the entire bio. For example, repeating the same pronouns, conjunction and words such as he/she, and. In order to make a good paragraph, basically we need to follow the 'rule of three'. Starting from a topic sentence, then writing supporting sentences in three sections which will be academic tasks, academic research or interest and personal information at last. After that, we will add three sentences in each section. Then, writing concluding sentences such as summary of key points and repeats of main points from topic sentences. As minor errors, we learned that supporting dyslexia people. In detail, text should be sans serif, no italic, no underlining, no caps and no single line spacing. Additionally, professional photos in bio require some points. For instance, the photo needs to show above shoulders, wear a professional dress and smile nicely. Also, the background should be plain or blur while the photo is high resolution and its size is minimum 700×1000.

As for my reaction for today's class, I found it quite new learning, but also made me minor improvements in the area of digital skills. Especially dyslexia learning. It will definitely be important when I need to submit a typed paper or make a presentation for other people. Professor Rab is always energetic to improve our digital skills. Also, he requires us to work on faster and accurately which is essential training for our future. In the end, I felt that not many Japanese students will get this opportunity to improve computer skills during university class. Thus, I will work harder to gain fundamental skill perfectly.
